i REALLY wish they had stumbled upon the party early, before they started to erase memories... or at least, as soon as they stumbled upon the party, placed a note in front of Celestia of what happened... like "Dear Celestia, This is Luna, and somepony had tricked me into believing that you were going to unsummon Chester, so we went to start erasing memories of him so as to make everypony forget, and so have no reason to unsummon him, but now i realize that i was in fact tricked, by whom i dont know, but it has the ability to either possess or take the form of ponies we know. this being has also probably removed all physical history of chester, save for this party... We are truly sorry for misunderstanding..." or something like that...
